RETURN POLICY
At Jubel James, we offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@jubeljames.com.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
- It must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note the following:
- Return Shipping Cost:
- You will need to pay a return shipping fee of £4.50 unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Returns for change of mind will not be accepted.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at returns@jubeljames.com if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item.
We will review the issue promptly and work to resolve it.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items are non-returnable:
- Custom products, such as special orders or personalized items.
- Made-to-order products, including shearling items.
If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please email us before making a purchase.
EXCHANGES
To exchange an item, the fastest method is to first request a return. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
